AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By using this site, you hereby agree to our Complete Terms and Conditions. LIABILITY & CERTIFICATION: Scaffolding Depot is not certified to erect scaffolding, design false works structures or construct scaffolding. Scaffolding Depot is only a reseller and is limited in its liability. We are not responsible for improper use of scaffolding products. End-users should consult an engineer for proper specifications for structures. It is imperative that all workers using these scaffolding parts and/or accessories be fully trained and informed in their use. Visit our safety page for sources of training and instruction.

PRODUCTS & QUALITY: Scaffolding Depot offers only High Quality Scaffold Frames and Scaffold Accessories at everyday low Depot Prices. All scaffolding is brand new. Our scaffolds are either Powder Coated (color may vary) or Hot Dip Galvanized to ensure long life. We carry 1.5", 1.625" and 1.690" OD in most popular sizes and can normally manufacture or acquire just about any other scaffold and/or related items needed to complete your projects. All pictures and drawings on this site are for illustration purposes only. Scaffolding style, color and manufacturers may vary. All weights are approximate.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Scaffolding will normally ship either the same or next day, allowing you to receive your order quickly, usually within 1-4 days. We always do our best to ship as promised but cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping and can never absolutely guarantee a delivery date. Please order far enough in advance to get your order in time. RECEIVING ORDERS: Make sure whoever receives your order checks it for damages, accuracy and completeness before signing the delivery receipt. Any discrepancies, errors or shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt or we cannot be responsible for such shortages or damages.

PRICING & FEES: We always do our best to keep prices up to date, but they are subject to change without notice. Please call us to verify today's prices. Scaffolding Depot will not be held responsible for pricing errors on our website or in our quotations. All pricing is subject to change. We reserve the right to charge a small order fee on small orders.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS: Orders cancelled after payment has been accepted or after truck has been ordered will be subject to a cancellation and/or restocking fee of up to 50% of the total sale price plus all related shipping fees. Sorry, but we allow no returns after delivery.

PAYMENT & BILLING: Credit card payments for scaffolding related orders will appear on your bill as Depot Sales or Scaffolding Depot. Please do not dispute this charge on your bill. You will be responsible for all additional fees related to this dispute. The minimum charge will be $25.00.
